If you are not satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, you may submit a return request as follows:
- Within 30 days of receiving the product, you can contact me with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- I will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- Depending from your preferrence, I will refund or resend the item. You may also be asked to return the product.
- Shipping costs are not included in refund.
Please note I do not accept returns for accidental damage (I.e. fallen from wall).
I do personally check the quality and integrity of each and every print before handling it to every client and I have 10 days insurance on every print.SHIPPING INFO
Relying on a stable, confident and trustful relation with an excellent quality print in Alicante, I normally require 10 days from payment before being able to handle the print to the client.
Depending from your location in the world, the shipping may take from 1- 3 working days for Spain up to 7 working days to be delivered.
